What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in engineering design within the offshore oil and gas industry
- Strong command of international codes, company standards, and industry safety regulations
- Expertise in safety risk assessment, loss prevention methodologies, and system interfaces
- Ability to plan, execute, and optimize design deliverables within time and budgetary constraints
- Skill in coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Proficiency with engineering design and calculation tools relevant to safety and loss prevention
- Experience acting as a Package Engineer or Discipline Lead on complex engineering projects
- Knowledge of sub-contracting, site engineering, and systems engineering principles
- Familiarity with lessons learned processes and continuous improvement frameworks
- Background in manufacturing oversight and procurement related to safety-critical systems
- Engineering degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in the oil and gas industry, ideally within offshore environments
- Willingness to work onsite and engage hands-on with technical challenges
- Capability to collaborate across international teams—candidates from various countries are encouraged to apply
