Responsibility:
The Senior Sales Manager – Sustainable & Energy Technologies is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with major biomethane customers across Thailand. These customers span a wide range of biogas-generating sectors, including livestock farms (pork, chicken, dairy), food waste processing, fruit processing, breweries, Palm oil and bio-ethanol production. The role is focused on driving sales growth, strengthening customer satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver both commercial and technical solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Focus Area:
Waste-to-Energy – Biomethane value chain, including the upgrading of biogas into pipelinequality or fuel-grade biomethane.

Job Duties
Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers at major customer accounts.
  • Manage and grow assigned key accounts within the biomethane process industry sectors.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue, customer retention, and long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers, leading negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing topics.
  • Coordinate internally with technical, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer needs, market developments, local regulatory requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities

Direct Sales & Opportunity Development
  • Present, promote, and sell Sustainable & Energy Technologies to existing and prospective customers.
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential customers and segments.
  • Deliver compelling value propositions, presentations, and proof of concepts tailored to customer challenges.
  • Work with customers to analyze project economics, conduct feasibility studies, and build robust business cases that highlight cost savings, efficiency gains, and sustainability benefits.
  • Prepare and submit quotations in line with company policies and approval workflows.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and tender conditions while safeguarding company interests.

Sales Planning & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data, account information, and sales activity records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reviews, and required reports for management. Conduct structured sales planning to ensure strong pipeline health and consistent target achievement

Requirements
  • Degree in Chemical, Process Engineering, Business, Economics
  • 10+ years of sales or key account management experience in the biomethane industry with existing business network
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Solid understanding of biomethane industry and value chain
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in an international business environment
  • Goal-oriented, dynamic and high sense of responsibility
  • Team and disciplined working spirits
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Readiness to travel frequently locally and overseas
