Data Centre Project | Paris, France | 6-Month Contract
Our client, a specialist consultancy within the mission critical and data centre sector, is seeking a Senior Site Electrical Engineer to support the final delivery phase of a major data centre project in Paris.
Working closely with the client, contractors and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving electrical completion activities, managing snagging items and supporting the project through commissioning and handover.

Our client, a specialist consultancy within the mission critical and data centre sector, is seeking a Senior Site Electrical Engineer to support the final delivery phase of a major data centre project in Paris.
Working closely with the client, contractors and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving electrical completion activities, managing snagging items and supporting the project through commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities
- Conduct electrical inspections and site walkdowns.
- Identify, record and track snagging and defect items.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor installation quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning and system acceptance activities.
- Review electrical documentation and as-built information.
- Attend site progress and coordination meetings.
- Report on project status, risks and outstanding actions.
- Support handover and project close-out activities.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience delivering data centre projects is essential.
- Experience in site delivery, QA/QC, commissioning, completions or handover activities.
- Strong understanding of critical electrical systems.
- Experience working directly with contractors and site teams.
- Ability to identify issues and drive them through to resolution.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- French language skills preferred but not essential.
- Previous experience representing a consultant, client-side team or owner's engineer.
- Experience on mission critical construction projects.
