Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver subsea and offshore engineering projects at product and system level. This role is responsible for managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects across geographically dispersed teams, from project initiation through execution and delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in subsea engineering, package management, or system/project engineering, with direct experience delivering Offshore or Subsea EPC projects within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver offshore and subsea technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met
  • Manage projects at the system or product level, coordinating engineering, procurement, fabrication, and delivery activities
  • Lead multi‑disciplinary, geographically distributed teams across engineering and project execution functions
  • Interface with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to drive project alignment and execution
  • Identify project risks, constraints, and technical challenges; develop and implement mitigation plans
  • Establish and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance tracking
  • Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support stakeholder reviews, technical reviews, and executive updates through effective presentations and reports
  • Travel internationally to support project delivery and short‑term assignments when required

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a science‑based discipline
  • 10+ years Oil & Gas industry experience required
  • Demonstrated experience delivering Offshore or Subsea EPC projects (mandatory)
  • Strong project leadership, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to document, plan, execute, and manage complex technical programs
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally
