Role Summary The Service Delivery Coordinator (SDC) is responsible for end-to-end coordination of offshore drilling and completion fluids operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery in complex environments, including HPHT wells. The role requires strong technical fluids expertise, proven experience in the Gulf of Thailand, and the ability to manage operations under high-pressure, high-temperature conditions (up to 200°C).

Key Responsibilities
1. Offshore Operations Coordination
- Coordinate real-time drilling and completion fluid operations across offshore rigs.
- Act as the main interface between offshore fluid engineers, onshore support teams, and client representatives.
- Ensure accurate execution of drilling and completion fluid programs in line with well objectives.
- Support planning and execution of HPHT wells with temperatures up to 200°C.
- Ensure fluid systems are designed, supplied, and maintained to perform under extreme temperature and pressure conditions.
- Coordinate mitigation strategies for HPHT-related risks (e.g., fluid degradation, wellbore stability, losses, contamination).
- Apply regional knowledge of Gulf of Thailand drilling conditions, logistics, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate efficiently with local supply bases, boats, and offshore installations.
- Anticipate operational challenges specific to the region (e.g., logistics constraints, weather, shallow/deepwater conditions).
- Develop and maintain integrated operations plans covering personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure timely mobilization/demobilization of resources to rigs.
- Monitor operations daily and adjust execution plans based on well conditions.
- Coordinate bulk and liquid mud systems, brine fluids, additives, and specialty chemicals.
- Ensure availability of critical materials, especially for HPHT fluid systems.
- Track inventory levels offshore and onshore to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Monitor KPIs related to fluid performance, cost control, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze non-productive time (NPT) linked to fluid issues and implement improvements.
- Provide daily operational updates, end-of-well reports, and lessons learned.
- Act as a key point of contact for client drilling teams regarding fluids operations.
- Participate in pre-job planning, operational calls, and technical reviews.
- Ensure alignment with contractual and technical expectations.
- Ensure all operations meet company, client, and regulatory HSE standards.
- Promote strong safety culture across offshore teams.
- Support incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in Drilling & Completion Fluids operations (mandatory)
- Hands-on offshore experience in Gulf of Thailand (mandatory)
- Demonstrated experience supporting HPHT wells (up to 200°C) (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in drilling & completion fluids.
- Prior experience in offshore coordination or operations role is strongly preferred.
- Strong technical expertise in drilling and completion fluid systems
- Experience with HPHT fluid challenges and mitigation techniques
- Excellent coordination and multitasking capability in offshore environments
- Strong problem-solving skills under operational pressure
- Effective communication with offshore crews and clients
- Solid understanding of offshore logistics and supply chain in the Gulf of Thailand
