Role Summary/Purpose:
  • The Services Specialist is responsible for the analysis and resolution of Site non-conformity (NC), from the opening until the Material Resolution and relevant delivery to site.
  • Site NC Services Specialist activity is to proactively lead and solve customer issue with maximum efficiency and effectiveness and also to drive an accurate Defect Analysis in order to feed all the related quality initiatives.
  • Services Specialist will lead issue resolution for the dedicated area/region updating management on NC status and relevant metrics. Services Specialist will drive task and initiative to improve NC solution cycle time and Aging reduction.
  • Services Specialist is accountable for all NC management from relevant opening to closure, and have to interface with IMs team for update
Responsibilities:
  • Drive defect analysis of each site NC, using all necessary tools to verify the root cause of the defect.
  • At the end of the analysis, all the results should be accurately registered in the system.
  • Evaluate, if necessary with support of Engineering function or suppliers, the possible solutions, both technically and financially.
  • Manage the necessary cost approval process, and approve relevant Sales order based on DOA.
  • Lead the Implementation of the selected solution, documenting accurately all the details in the system, working in close relation with the other involved function.
  • Guarantee the compliance of cycle time resolution of the issue from opening until delivery. He/She will lead also the result for the dedicated area.
  • Ensure the time delivery of material to site.
  • Driving all the involved functions.
  • Lead FOC (free of charge) process application for the managed NC and for the dedicated area.
  • Lead report delivery and update for the assigned project and area.
  • Proactively participate and if necessary, lead NC weekly meetings supplying the required update.
  • Lead the development, together with program manager, of the initiatives for SOS cell improvement.
  • Site NC lead Material expert is measured according to the following performance indicators.
    • Cycle time of resolution
    • Adherence to the NC resolution procedure and operating instruction
    • No of SR solved in a Week
    • FOC achieved/lead
    • Initiative managed
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferred in engineering or machine
  • 6 Year of experience preferred in quality or non-conformity management or FSE or Engineering
  • Previous experience in a quality/analytics function .
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate others to accomplish business objectives.
  • Ability to multi -task in a high pressure environment
  • Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, risks, resources, milestones and deliverables.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Knowledge of ISO9001
  • O&G product knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Excel
