Position Overview
A Site Administrator is required to support field operations. This is a site‑based role focused on administrative coordination, HSE support, workforce tracking, and general site services.

Position Overview
A Site Administrator is required to support field operations. This is a site‑based role focused on administrative coordination, HSE support, workforce tracking, and general site services.
Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 6‑month term, ending in November
- Location: Medicine Hat, AB
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- Overtime: Available
- Start Date: ASAP
- Provide full administrative support to site leadership and field teams
- Coordinate HSE documentation, meeting minutes, and compliance tracking
- Manage headcount reporting and onboarding requirements
- Support IT coordination, including badge setup and access requests
- Maintain calendars, schedules, and site documentation
- General data entry, stationary management, and office organization
- Previous experience in a site administration role
- Strong understanding of HSE processes and field operations
- Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Excel, and calendar management
- Comfortable working with IT and security for badge/access setup
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma required
