The HSSE Lead will develop, implement, and monitor safety and environmental strategies across all BESS projects. The role acts as the primary technical authority on site, mitigating unique electrical, chemical, and fire risks associated with lithium-ion and other large-scale battery storage technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Science.
- Certifications: Internationally recognized safety credentials such as NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent. Fire & Risk Management certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HSSE management, with specific utility-scale experience in renewable energy (BESS, Solar, or Wind).
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Low/High Voltage (LV/HV) electrical safety, Process Safety Management, and Fire Risk Assessmen
