Role Description
The role develops and maintains a high quality, achievable, integrated schedule and supports effective work prioritisation and execution, ensuring sufficient buffers between activities and allowances for emergent work. The successful candidate will contribute to all aspects of standard scheduling functions, including schedule development, administration, maintenance, progressing, reporting, and benchmarking. They will provide assessment of schedule deliverability and recommends which activities to execute or reschedule when the full activity set exceeds constraints. The candidate will review and report on performance against key performance indicators for activity planning and supports efforts to drive standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement of processes whilst aligning with the client's Code of Conduct and models client's Values & Behaviours. NOTE:- This is an onshore based, pooled role that can be deployed to any of the clients' North Sea assets.

The successful candidate will have site operations knowledge and a clear understanding of how to get work executed in an oil and gas production environment. Scheduling tool skill set is desirable.

Key Accountabilities
- Act as the site/area focal point for functional queries on schedule integration capability.
- Manage integrated schedule with functions to check deliverability and optimise against site/area constraints inside annual plan.
- Carry out scenario testing to optimise the integrated schedule and drive resolution of cross-functional conflicts.
- Recommend changes to integrated schedule (D is by AOM above 12 weeks, AESTL 12-6 weeks, OIM 6-0 weeks) and work with the functional scheduler/SPA to resolve clashes and escalate clashes as above.
- Perform resource levelling for operations function in the 12/6/2 week timeframe.
- Highlight any execution readiness issues to the site integrator.
- Manage site/area schedule integration meetings.
- Issue and communicate the site/area coordinated schedule to all functions and area personnel.
- Review scheduling KPI performance with site leaders and drive improvements in AP KPI One Week Schedule attainment performance.
