- 廠務管理團隊管理與組織發展
- 利害關係人溝通，對接台灣/荷蘭CRE管理層(維運層面)，重大議題鑑別與策略面及戰略面的長期規劃與執行。
- 領導專案團隊成員擬定各項執行計畫，全力以赴依合約規定及要求執行專案，並依公司核定目標如期如質完成業主交付之任務
Qualifications :
- 具備建築機電系統與關鍵設施（Critical Installations）的專業技術知識。
- 主導日常硬體設施（Hard Services）營運管理，確保安全性、可靠度與營運連續性 。
- 具備維護計畫、預算編列與 CMMS 系統之實務經驗。
- 確保所有作業符合安全與法規標準。
- 擔任 CRE（企業不動產）、FM（設施管理）與供應商之間的關鍵協調與溝通窗口。
- 定期彙報營運狀態、風險事項與績效指標
- 孰悉高科技EHS相關規定及要求
- 深入了解營運關鍵績效指標、合規性與安全標準。
- 了解組織發展和績效評估流程。
- 熟悉高科技廠務 流程、審核（ISO）和報告架構。
- 熟練準備專業報告和會議資料準備。
- 資料分析能力（首選 Excel/Power BI）。
- 孰悉高科技EHS相關規定及要求
- 能夠進行根本原因分析 (RCA)、8D 分析、A3 分析，並制定糾正/預防措施。
