Site Manager / Site Supervisor

We’re supporting a major data centre project in Melbourne and looking for an experienced Site Manager / Site Supervisor to oversee 3 active sites.

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site activities across multiple locations
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors
• Ensure safety, quality, and timelines are met
• Act as the on-site client representative
• Support commissioning activities and site readiness

About You

• Experience in site management on data centre or similar projects
• Strong contractor management skills
• Understanding of commissioning processes
• Experience with tier 1 construction companies
• Confident communicator, able to manage multiple sites
