Site Manager – Substation / Energy Project (Maryland)
Looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a large-scale energy infrastructure project in Maryland.

Looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a large-scale energy infrastructure project in Maryland.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across civil, electrical, and mechanical scopes
- Manage contractors, schedules, and overall site coordination
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all workstreams
- Handle reporting, RFIs, and stakeholder communication
- Experience on substations, power, renewables, or industrial projects
- Strong multi-discipline oversight (civil + electrical preferred)
- Proven track record managing complex sites and multiple subcontractors
