We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site execution of a major energy infrastructure project.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all site activities and day-to-day project execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, partners, subcontractors, and local authorities.
  • Lead and coordinate the local site team, including Administration, EHS, Quality, Logistics, and other support functions.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of key milestones in line with the contract and schedule.
  • Manage Field Work Orders and support subcontractor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, EHS, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the customer, project partners, and site teams.
  • Support logistics, transportation, customs, and permitting activities as required.
  • Drive a strong safety culture and collaborative working environment across the project.
 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on industrial, power, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
  • Good understanding of construction, EHS, quality, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
