Site Manager
Contract - 6 months (+ 6 months renewal)
Bonus - 1 month (after 1 year)
Location - Chonburi
Responsibilities:
Manage overall site activities to ensure work is completed in line with project schedule, safety requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
Lead and coordinate the site team, contractors, subcontractors, FSR, safety officer, and site admin.
Monitor daily progress, manpower, material readiness, site constraints, and critical issues.
Review and follow up on method statements, work permits, inspection plans, punch lists, and site reports.
Attend site meetings with customers, consultants, and contractors.
Escalate major risks, delays, technical issues, and commercial impacts to the Project Manager.
Ensure all site activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and project procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
7–10 years of site management experience in construction, electrical, industrial, or data center projects.
Experience in MV/LV electrical installation, E-House, switchgear, transformer, or data center projects is preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage contractors and perform under project pressure.
Good command of English is preferred.
