Job Title: Structural Foreman (DNV-Classed Vessel Experience Required)

Location: Filyos Port, Türkiye ( Accommodation, flights etc covered by client)
Contract Duration: Until end of year (with potential extension based on project needs) Start Date: ASAP
Shifts: 12 hours per day, 7 days per week (Day & Night Shift)

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Structural Foremen with strong knowledge of structural requirements for DNV-classed vessels. The successful candidates will oversee and coordinate structural activities within tank areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality execution of all works carried out by local contractor teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support Structural Leads from GOE to ensure alignment with project requirements and vessel classification standards.
  • Supervise local contractor teams (approx. 30 personnel per tank), including welders, fitters, grinders, and cleaners.
  • Plan and organise daily work activities, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritised, and executed efficiently.
  • Monitor and enforce HSE standards, ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with all site safety procedures.
  • Drive improvements in productivity and delivery, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Oversee work progress across both day and night shifts, maintaining continuity and communication between teams.
  • Ensure all structural works meet required quality standards and are completed in line with project schedules.



Candidate Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Structural Foreman in shipbuilding, offshore, or heavy industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of DNV classification requirements for vessel structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large, multicultural contractor teams.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Strong commitment to HSE principles and safe work practices.
  • Ability to work long shifts in a demanding project environment.
  • Expat candidates preferred due to project requirements.
