  • Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF
  • 6 Days/Week | ⏱ 8–10 Hours/Day
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced System Completions Lead (Rotating Equipment) to provide technical leadership and commissioning expertise across Compression projects.
You will play a key role in pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup, and handover activities for rotating equipment systems, while supporting standardization, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead rotating equipment commissioning oversight across EPC contractors and project teams
  • Review and approve:
    • Commissioning procedures
    • Startup methodologies
    • Vendor documentation & technical deviations
  • Provide expertise in:
    • Compressors, turbines, pumps, drivers
    • Lubrication & seal systems
    • Associated piping & static equipment
  • Support:
    • FATs, SATs, package testing & commissioning readiness reviews
    • Vendor selection and contractor evaluations
  • Drive standardization of commissioning practices, documents & methodologies
  • Participate in:
    • Walkdowns, audits, system completion reviews
    • Mechanical run tests, flushing, vibration analysis
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Project specs
    • Contract requirements
    • QatarEnergy LNG standards
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences
  • Minimum 8+ years in Oil & Gas commissioning projects
  • At least 1 year in leadership/technical oversight role
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps)
    • LNG/Compression facilities
  • Strong experience in:
    • Commissioning procedures & startup
    • System completion & systemization
    • EPC project environments
  • Ability to read and interpret:
    • P&IDs, datasheets, GA drawings
  • Experience with FAT/SAT, mechanical testing, startup & handover
