Location: Houston, TX

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to support hiring efforts across engineering, field operations, and corporate functions. This hybrid role combines proactive talent sourcing with full-cycle recruiting, playing a critical role in building strong talent pipelines and delivering high-quality hires in a competitive market.

- Experience: 2–5 years in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related HR role
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Technical Skills: Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and Boolean search techniques
- Core Competencies:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience recruiting within engineering, field operations, or technical environments
- Familiarity with industry-specific roles and workforce dynamics
- Proven ability to source both hourly and salaried talent
