We are working with Woodside Energy, seeking someone to join the Talent Acquisition team on a 2–3-month contract.  Woodside are currently staffing up their Digital Service Centre in Bengaluru, India. Talent Acquisition is being run out of Perth office with hiring managers based both in Perth and Bengaluru. As the project grows and pace increases, they need additional support to help coordinate hiring activity.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • This role is highly administrative in nature. We have engaged several agencies in India to support hiring activity, they will do all the front-end 'attraction' workload.
  • This role is to support the recruiter with ensuring role are created accurately, correct information is released to the agencies and coordinate shortlisting, interviews and offers.
  • Working with HR team to ensure all roles have a position description and are sized/graded (job sizing to be done by HR team)
  • Taking job briefs from hiring managers and writing job adverts.
  • Releasing vacancies to our in-country recruitment agencies.
  • Using LinkedIn help promote vacancies
  • Coordinating CV review, and organise Interviews, initially via MS Teams, and in-person at our Bengaluru office
  • Supporting decision making, and generation of offers
  • Depending on skills and experience, we may ask candidates to support making offers.
Skills and Experience:
  • Candidates MUST be available to start at short notice (0-1 weeks)
  • Bring a One-Team mindset and enjoy working with team members towards achieving a common goal.
  • Experience dealing with fast-paced recruitment, with lots of exposure to White-Collar roles.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work through issues as they arise
  • Highly organised, process driven, able to hold others accountable to a defined process
  • Strong MS Excel skills
