Schedule: 4/10 compressed workweek (40 hours/week)
Travel: Occasional travel to offshore production facilities may be required
Rate: $23 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Assistant II to provide technical, planning, and administrative support for offshore operations. This role requires a highly organized professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Assistant II to provide technical, planning, and administrative support for offshore operations. This role requires a highly organized professional who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain training, personnel, and vacation schedules.
- Update organizational charts, contact lists, and operational records.
- Process invoices and support expense tracking activities.
- Provide user support and training for business applications, including SAP and other operational systems.
- Procure office and operational supplies as required.
- Assist with timekeeping and administrative reporting processes.
- Schedule maintenance activities and coordinate work order management.
- Support meeting planning, coordination, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
- Provide backup support and additional administrative or technical assistance as needed.
- Experience supporting operations, maintenance, or offshore-related environments.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of SAP and other business systems.
- Strong organizational, planning, and record-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules when business needs require.
- Previous experience in offshore operations support, planning, or scheduling roles.
- Familiarity with maintenance scheduling and work order management processes.
- Experience with systems such as SAP, Smartbox, Helipass, or similar operational platforms.
- Basic analytical experience, including tracking operational expenditures or metrics.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic operational environment.
- Proven ability to manage changing priorities and deliver timely results.
- Willingness to complete required safety and operational training.
- Ability to travel occasionally to offshore facilities when required.
