NES Fircroft are supporting a key OFS client, with a Thru-Tubing Operations Supervisor role, on a permanent basis in Aberdeen.
This is a crucial hire for the business, as it looks to grow it's Thru-Tubing offering in the market, and will very much be a hands on role, supporting all aspects operationally.
It will predominantly be an onshore office based role, Monday to Friday, with occasional offshore trips as & when required.

Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the services provided are delivered in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner
- Management of all offshore personnel working on the contract, including performance management and technical support
- Ensure all departments are working together to ensure equipment is delivered on time
- Carrying out pre-job and post-job briefings and operational support during field operations
- Periodic offshore attendance for purposes of audit, supervision, checking of standards and ensuring all offshore personnel are fully competent
- Occasionally provide “Last Man Out” cover for offshore operations when required in an emergency
- Coordinate requisitions for spare parts and consumables, and ensure that all items are available as and when required for the work
- Work closely with internal departments to identify workloads and set priorities within the workshop in conjunction with the Operations manager
- Ensure all personnel have the correct training and levels of competence, including support to develop through the Unity technical competency framework
- Work with the Ops Manager to prepare and review Hydraulic Calculations, BHA designs, and Load Requests for upcoming operations
- Review and audit post-job reports and assist in preparing case histories and post-job traceability
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational improvement and cost effectiveness
- Identify and propose rental asset investment to enable growth of company owned rentals assets revenue stream
