Location: Doha, Qatar (Onhore 95% / Offshore 5%)
Contract Type: Long-Term | Oil & Gas / LNG

 Job Purpose
We are looking for a Transportation & Installation (T&I) Lead to join the Project Management Team (PMT), responsible for executing fixed facilities transportation and float-over installation operations, including Compression Platforms and Living Quarters Topsides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe execution of marine operations in line with contracts and industry standards
  • Supervise EPCI contractor activities including engineering reviews, planning, and mobilization
  • Lead T&I execution planning (procedures, constructability reviews, risk assessments, RTP readiness)
  • Coordinate with Vessel Management Team (VMT) on project status and risk mitigation
  • Manage readiness reviews for vessels, inspections, and offshore mobilization
  • Ensure alignment across PMT, Technical Marine, OPCO, and offshore teams
  • Oversee compliance of T&I deliverables with company specifications
  • Monitor offshore execution progress and ensure timely reporting
  • Support incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are captured
Project Scope
  • Large compression and living quarters platforms fabricated in Oman & India
  • Transportation via heavy vessels and barges across the Middle East
  • Installation using Float-Over Method on pre-installed jackets
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Sciences
Experience Required
  • Minimum 8 years in large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects
  • Experience in offshore construction roles (methods/field engineering or similar)
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Transportation & Installation (T&I)
    • Float-over installations (Mandatory)
    • Heavy lifting operations
  • At least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • DP Float-Over experience is highly preferred
