Job Responsibility
  • Prepare and execute delivery, transportation and arrival plans for heavy cargo (including steel towers, hybrid towers.) based on production schedules and site installation needs, ensuring on-time delivery without impacting site installation.
  • Coordinate with the tower factory on dispatch preparation, organize loading operations, and verify tower models, quantities and shipping documents to ensure safe and accurate delivery.
  • Track long-haul transportation progress, coordinate oversized transport permits and routes, and handle transportation issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with project sites on delivery schedules, unloading and temporary storage, and support arrival inspection to ensure smooth site operations.
  • Handle logistics exceptions during dispatch, transportation and arrival by coordinating with carriers, factories and project teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Submit daily or weekly logistics reports as required, covering dispatch, in-transit and arrival status, as well as key issues.
  • Work closely with heavy-haul transport companies, loading/unloading teams and other logistics partners to ensure sufficient logistics resources.
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy haul or oversized equipment logistics, with hands-on experience in dispatch, long-haul transportation or site delivery (steel towers, wind power, construction machinery are acceptable; hybrid tower experience is a plus).
  • Ability to independently plan and drive logistics execution, familiarity with basic oversized transport safety requirements, and capability to coordinate on-site and handle common logistics issues, with proper progress reporting.
  • Good English skills, and familiar with Excel, PPT and other office tools. Can communicate in Chinese is a plus
  • Willing to travel and work on-site; strong sense of responsibility, good execution skills and ability to work under pressure.
