Contract period: 01.06.2026 - 31.07.2027
Location: Stavanger
Main tasks:
- Execution of payment runs and processing of bank transactions in SAP
- Posting and clearing of bank-related entries in SAP
- Calculation and posting of gains and losses on derivatives
- Bank account reconciliations and follow-up of internal controls
- Approval of changes to vendor bank details
- Preparation and posting of month-end accruals
- Collaboration with Accounts Payable and Joint Venture teams regarding invoices and cash calls
- Collaboration with Corporate Finance on cash management
- Transaction control activities
- Participation in the financial reporting process
- Support to the Cost Allocation team with invoicing and month-end closing tasks
- Booking of monthly charges and accruals for operated CCS licenses
- Other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree within Finance
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience
- SAP knowledge preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong technical skills, especially in Excel
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised, accurate, and detail oriented
- Proactive in identifying improvements, including digitalization/AI tools
- Effective communicator and team player and ability to work cross-functionally
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work situations
