    • Experience in well planning/geologic operations
  • Description
    • Correlate and refine target windows for horizontal well planning using subsurface interpretations, logs, and offset well data.
    • Deliver well planning products including target maps, structure maps, cross sections, and target windows.
    • Support drilling execution partners through pre‑spud planning and execution alignment.
    • Identify local geologic variability and communicate execution risks and constraints.
    • Incorporate offset well results and lessons learned to continuously improve well planning templates.
    • Ensure execution learnings are incorporated back into development targeting decision.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple disciplines and groups
