Warehouse Associate I Location: Borger, TX
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Type: Full-Time Contract

Overview A leading energy and industrial organization is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support operations at a refinery site in Borger, TX. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting logistics, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, store, and issue materials and inventory
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or similar systems
  • Inspect incoming materials for damage and document discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
  • Prepare, package, and ship outbound orders
  • Track and record shipment arrivals and departures
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklift, dolly, etc.)
  • Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
  • Support general warehouse operations and workflow coordination
  • Manage shipping via UPS and FedEx
  • Assist with hazardous material shipping in compliance with regulations
  • Participate in inventory kitting, labeling, and stock organization
Required Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid forklift certification (required)
  • Ability to meet physical requirements (lifting, standing, etc.)
Safety & Compliance Requirements
  • Site-specific safety training required
  • DISA background check and drug screening required
  • ISNetworld clearance required
  • Must wear standard PPE, including use of H2S monitor
