Position Overview
The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packaging, and staging products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role supports efficient order fulfillment by ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time processing.
Rate: 19/hr
2nd shift schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packaging, and staging products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role supports efficient order fulfillment by ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time processing.
Rate: 19/hr
2nd shift schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders using hand held scanners, pick lists, or warehouse management systems
- Locate products and verify correct items, quantities, and condition
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labelling, wrapping, and palletizing
- Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged goods
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (certification required where applicable)
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet established productivity and accuracy standards
- Assist with restocking and other general warehouse duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or fulfilment experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- Basic computer or hand held scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 2nd shift schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:45 PM

- Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching required
