Duration: 6 months
Rate: $20 per hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 6am - 2pm ET
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker / Packaging Technician to join a fast-paced operations environment. This role is responsible for handling materials, supporting packaging operations, and ensuring the accurate and timely shipment of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, handle, and store raw materials and finished goods
- Pick, stage, and prepare products for shipment to distribution locations
- Operate packaging and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or powered equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory and shipments
- Ensure the work area remains clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience
- Forklift operation experience (certification preferred or ability to obtain)
- Basic math and computer skills (data entry, email, systems use)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or warehouse management systems
- Prior experience in packaging or distribution operations
