The Challenge
Our client (an OEM) has over 20 sites that they support across the USA. They hold a contract with a major global plant owner to have an agreed number of specialist workers on-site to secure sufficient operations and maintenance abilities of their equipment.
However, their recruitment partner was failing to deliver a sufficient pipeline of talent, meaning our client was not keeping their agreed talent quota for the data center owner, putting significant strain on the relationship and jeopardizing the contract.
They needed to secure several local hires for sites in Cheyenne and San Antonio in just 30 days and therefore needed a sector expert who could act with pace.
