Asset Health Developer – 6‑Month Contract (Brisbane)
NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading mining organisation to recruit an experienced Asset Health Developer for an initial 6‑month contract based in Brisbane. This role plays a key part in advancing predictive maintenance capability across a large, complex asset base.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for developing, maintaining and optimising predictive analytics models that support equipment health diagnosis and forecasting. Working closely with operational and central technical teams, you’ll help scale asset health monitoring across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop predictive Asset Health models within enterprise applications
- Monitor, evaluate and continuously improve model performance
- Build a strong understanding of equipment failure modes, symptoms and corrective actions
- Support the rollout and scaling of the Asset Health program
- Collaborate with site and central teams to identify high‑value monitoring opportunities
- Enhance enterprise health monitoring systems to improve data quality and efficiency
- Assist with system upgrades, improvements and technical enhancements
