Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Associate Business System Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Work experience as Financial Analyst
- Strong technical expertise in Finance, e.g. developing financial statements, budget development and tracking, asset management, and financial risk management.
- Familiar with organizational operational excellence, and transformational campaigns
- Familiar with organizational change management, and strategic objectives development
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data sets and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations, as well as technical writing capabilities.

Minimum Requirements:

Educational Background:
Batchelor degree of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the oil and gas Upstream business.

Skills Required:
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Experience with data analysis, visualization tool such as Power BI, and reporting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster partnerships and team collaboration.
- Familiar with Value Capture processed and able to develop related financial governance.
- Familiar with KPI's development and reporting, and overall performance management reporting process.
- Supports executive team in setting overall Transformation targets and appropriate resource allocation.
- Works with Initiative Owners and Finance teams to ensure a consistent approach to valuation of initiative impact.
- Segregates the financial impact of the Transformation from baseline performance.
- In-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including trends, challenges, and regulations.

Work Schedule:

Full Time – 40h schedule per week

Competitive Salary: 9000 SAR to 12000 SAR full package.
Adequate Health Insurance.
For remote areas: jobs
A 10% basic salary add as an allowance.  
Paid annual leave of 28 days + public Holidays.
Up to 10% yearly salary increase depends on the company and employee performance.
