Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Associate HR Analyst – SMP with Saudi Aramco

Key Responsibilities:

The Associate HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of HR strategies by utilizing data-driven insights and operational expertise to drive business outcomes. Working closely with the HR team, this role focuses on collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex workforce data to guide decision-making in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that positively impact the organization. While prior experience in HR is preferred, candidates with strong analytical, budgeting, or process coordination backgrounds in related fields such as finance or business operations are also encouraged to apply, as these competencies are highly transferable to this role.    
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee records.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Analyse HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, recruitment costs, and employee performance trends.
Prepare reports and dashboards to support HR planning and strategic decision-making.
Support payroll coordination and benefits administration.
Assist in benchmarking compensation data against industry standards.
Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures align with local labor regulations.
Support internal audits and compliance reporting as needed.
 
Specify work experience  +3 years of experience in HR, data analysis, or a related function. Fresh graduates with strong analytical or organizational experience (e.g., student leadership, finance internships) are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Familiarity with Compensation and Benefits Support.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+3 years of experience

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
