ob Requirements:
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in reviewing & processing of invoices and handling related functions such as providing financial analytical support is required. Previous work experience must have been sufficiently relevant to allow the candidate to be effective in performing the review and processing of several invoices from out-of-kingdom offices.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in business ,accounting, or finance

Full Time – 40h schedule per week

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Associate Planning & Performance Management Analyst– SMP with Saudi Aramco

ob Requirements:
- Review and process subsidiaries invoices using computer-generated workflows and coordinate with relevant organizations to resolve any issues related to cost centers, cost elements, proponent organizations and supporting documents.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of invoices issued by subsidiary offices by comparing with the number of invoices processed by S&SP PPM and resolve any discrepancy.
- Provide analytical support in reviewing subsidiaries cost charges in the operating statement and investigate unusual cost trends for correction, whenever necessary
- Work with out-of-kingdom subsidiary offices to ensure proper monthly accrual of unprocessed invoices.
- Coordinate and work with relevant organizations to process invoice related-correspondences and respond to inquiries from out-of-kingdom offices on the status of invoices processed.
