Position Overview
The Business Systems Analyst II plays a key role in analyzing, developing, and implementing cost‑effective systems and processes that support the company’s strategic and operational goals. This role collaborates closely with business units and IT team members to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable system solutions.

Position Overview
The Business Systems Analyst II plays a key role in analyzing, developing, and implementing cost‑effective systems and processes that support the company’s strategic and operational goals. This role collaborates closely with business units and IT team members to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business areas supported to identify and document specific system requirements. (Up to 10% travel required.)
- Participate in software development and product support for new and existing systems, interfaces, and business processes.
- Lead and contribute to IT projects across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Research and evaluate technical solutions, recommending the most effective options based on current systems, available technology, and business objectives.
- Assist in developing proposals, recommendations, and documentation for management and end users.
- Provide backup support for other IT functions as needed.
- Perform additional duties based on workload and business needs.
- Strong aptitude for learning how to develop, document, and implement business systems, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a creative and analytical approach.
- Advanced math and reading comprehension abilities.
- Strong commitment to the company’s mission, values, and stakeholders.
- Ability to follow and uphold all company policies, standards, and manufacturing procedures.
- High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

- Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, management, vendors, and visitors.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
OR - Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with relational database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Access.
