We are working with a global industrial gases and engineering solutions provider to recruit a Business Development Manager to drive new business across the East of England.
 
This role focuses on new customer acquisition, selling packaged gases, cryogenic solutions and engineered equipment into sectors such as metal fabrication, food & beverage and leisure. Growth will be achieved through self-generated prospecting, referrals, marketing campaigns and collaboration with an established retail network.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Win new business through consultative, value-led sales
  • Sell packaged gases, cryogenic installations and engineered solutions
  • Manage contracts, onboarding and CRM activity
  • Achieve revenue and installation targets
  • Work closely with retail partners and internal technical teams
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
 
About You
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in technical or industrial markets
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in the field
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to travel extensively across the region
