- Lead market intelligence and strategic analysis for the data center vertical, including customer segmentation, competitor mapping, and trend forecasting
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for data center-related products/solutions (e.g., cooling, connectivity)
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across hyperscale, colocation providers, integrators, and OEMs
- Build strong pipeline of new business opportunities and drive early-stage customer engagement
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and regional teams to align market needs with internal capabilities
- Prepare executive-level reports, business cases, and strategic presentations for internal and external audiences.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or consulting within the data center, IT data infrastructure, or industrial solutions space
- Deep knowledge of data center ecosystem, including key players, technologies, and pain points
- Proven track record of independently driving new business initiatives from strategy to execution（0-1）
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; strong reporting and storytelling abilities
- Aggressive, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Product / Marketing experts from top-tier suppliers for data-center industry
- Strategy consulting background with a focus on the data center industry
- Priority will be given to those with relevant experience in cooling, connectors, quick plugs, wiring harnesses, or energy storage temperature control solutions for modular data centers.
