Our client is on the lookout for a All-rounder Civil Operator with experience in the Civil Construction industry with ambition to grow their career further in this industry.

About the role:
This role is a great opportunity for someone who already has a solid foundation of civil experience and wants to add real value on-site while continuing to develop their technical skills, leadership capability, and long-term civil career. Ideally, you’ll know your way around civil construction site and have machinery and drain-laying experience. The right person for this role would have strong drive, are ambitious, have strong communication skills and values a strong and friendly team culture. What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with drain laying, stormwater and wastewater installation
- Working on a range of Civil Construction projects including earthworks, services, and site preparation
- Reading and working from plans and levels (with support if necessary)
- Operating tools and machinery
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a tight-knit crew
- Taking instructions from senior team members while progressively increasing responsibilities
- 2-3 years Civil Construction Background
- Drain Laying experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with confidence
- Ambition to grow in your civil construction career
- Commitment to abiding by Health & Safety requirements
- Strong work ethic and time management skills are a MUST
