About the Project Join our client on a pioneering EPC project: the construction of a Green Hydrogen Electrolyzer at the site in Rotterdam. This is your opportunity to contribute to the energy transition and work on one of the most innovative projects in Europe.
Role Overview As Claim Manager, you will play a critical role in managing contractual and commercial aspects of construction subcontracts, ensuring Air Liquide’s interests are protected throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Overview As Claim Manager, you will play a critical role in managing contractual and commercial aspects of construction subcontracts, ensuring Air Liquide’s interests are protected throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement contractual strategies with subcontractors, including proactive claim management and dispute resolution.
- Oversee contractual and commercial management of construction subcontracts, including:
- Mechanical works (piping installation, steel structure erection, equipment installation, insulation, painting)
- Electrical & Instrumentation works
- Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence; lead weekly meetings with subcontractors.
- Evaluate and register changes and extra work orders on site.
- Approve progress measurements and monthly payment applications.
- Track quantities and report site-related costs.
- Ensure proper subcontract closeout, including as-built documentation.
- Strong experience in Contract Management and/or Claim Management on major EPC projects.
- Solid understanding of construction subcontracting in mechanical and electrical disciplines.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in French and English.
