Job Title: Company Site Representative – Diving Support Vessel (DSV)
Location: Qatar Offshore (28/28 Rotation)
Contract Duration: 36 Months
Off Days: Not Paid

Job Purpose
Reporting to the T&I Riser Lead, the DSV Company Site Representative (CSR) is responsible for all subsea and diving construction-related works and acts as the Company Representative for supervision and field acceptance of offshore installation works. The CSR ensures objectives are met in accordance with approved procedures, schedule, and project safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage offshore diving and subsea construction works, ensuring technical objectives, scope, schedule, and quality are met.
  • Act as Site Focal Point, promoting safety leadership and overseeing safe work execution.
  • Attend HAZID/Risk Assessment and technical review sessions.
  • Inspect and audit marine vessels for suitability and compliance.
  • Verify operational status of installation equipment, vessels, and personnel.
  • Serve as Company’s Area Operator onboard contractor vessels in compliance with PTW process.
  • Conduct daily coordination meetings and ad hoc sessions as required.
  • Review and audit contractor documentation for HSES, QA/QC, Marine, and Environmental compliance.
  • Approve design changes and manage installation specifications per PMOC processes.
  • Ensure close coordination on engineering, constructability, and installation matters.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Engineering.
  • Offshore training certifications from recognized industry bodies.
  • OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET certifications (mandatory).
Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years in offshore subsea installation discipline, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role on diving-related works.
  • Experience in offshore installation & construction supervisory roles with clients, EPCI contractors, and vendors.
  • Worldwide exposure to contractors in offshore production facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of stakeholder specifications and industry standards.
  • Ability to lead, coordinate, and communicate effectively in high-pressure offshore environments.
