Job Title: Construction Management Supervisor
Location: Saskatchewan, Canada
Length: Contract – varying durations over the next 12 months
Rotation: FIFO - Varying schedules based on project needs; 11-hour day or night shifts

Description:
Our client is seeking experienced Construction Management Supervisors to support the client’s growing Construction Management Team. This role provides temporary coverage for mid- to senior-level supervision of multi-departmental construction and contractor activities across multiple projects.
The Construction Management Supervisor acts as the client’s site representative, ensuring safe execution, quality delivery, and compliance with contractual, regulatory, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with client policies, Saskatchewan OH&S regulations, and industry best practices
  • Provide construction oversight, constructability input, and field reviews
  • Act as the client’s advocate to ensure scope, quality, schedule, and cost expectations are met
  • Support contract administration, contractor coordination, and change management
  • Identify, manage, and report construction risks related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost
  • Assist with construction scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
  • Monitor construction costs and report variances to Project Management
  • Support logistics optimization and supply chain coordination
  • Ensure QA/QC compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
  • Support commissioning activities and contractor management program compliance
