Overview
 The Supply Chain Contract Analyst role is responsible for ensuring that all contracting and sourcing activities are completed with sound commercial judgment and on the right terms that will drive performance, value, and positive project outcomes, while operating under safe, environmentally sound, and fair conditions. This role will work with the company’s Employees and is a member of the US Supply Chain BU Projects and Operations team. As a Supply Chain Contract Analyst you will work with other members of the Supply Chain team, Business Unit (BU) representatives, and other stakeholders on executing sourcing and contracting services.

Reporting Structure: US Supply Chain BU Projects and Operations team and you will work with other members of the Supply Chain team, Business Unit (BU) representatives, and other stakeholders on executing sourcing and contracting services. This role reports to the US Supply Chain Manager – Operation, Engineering and Programs. The Role is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities: 
• Create and manage service orders with third party contractors, ensuring all Company minimum requirements are met.

• Provide contract management support throughout the lifecycle of the agreement.

• Administer contracts in accordance with Supply Chain policies, procedures, and contractual terms.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership, Business Unit clients, Accounts Payable, other Supply Chain teams, internal stakeholders, and contractors/suppliers as required to effectively perform the work.

• Identify and escalate contracts at risk due to scope changes, schedule impacts, or other execution concerns.

• Maintain complete and accurate contractual documentation, including internal and external correspondence, in accordance with Supply Chain policies, procedures, and contract requirements.

• Ensure individual compliance with required training, work standards, policies, and procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

- Degree in progress or completed (2year or 4year program).
- 2 years of Supply Chain experience in the development of Supply Chain processes, specifically around services related supplier agreements, and supplier relations (equivalent experience working in the oil and natural gas industry in direct collaboration with a Supply Chain group will be considered)
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
- Commercial acumen, including a solid understanding of: Contract structures, Commercial models, Terms and conditions, Supplier performance management

Role Qualifications (As Asset):

- Experience with SAP / Ariba modules.
- Experience in contract formation and negotiation, including commercial aspects such as: Should cost modeling, Supplier market analysis, Key performance indicators (KPIs)
