Meal Schedule:
Experience required: Scratch cook and able to bring own hot meal recipes. The team expects basic meals such as protein, veggies, starch, dinner rolls, desserts, etc. Breakfast is a mix of hot meals and basic grabs, burritos, bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, etc. Menu created every week by the cook and creativity is encouraged for what they service for basic flavor profiles. BBQ pits are present. Steaks and butchering discouraged due to facilities and process time. Some special seafood meals can be provided near holidays, but basic foods will be supplied to those who don’t eat seafood. Occasional food restrictions are shared from WS workers and adjustments are expected.
Suppliers: Paper products are from Sams and food is ordered by the cook for the week from Ben E. Keith.
Housing: Own room supplied which is right next to the kitchen trailer.
Travel expenses: $100 per day for gas/miles

- Meal Services: Breakfast & Dinner – No lunch
- Service Windows: 3am-9am, 3pm-9pm
- Prep and work windows: 1am-3pm, intermittently through services and after for clean up. However many hours dinner prep takes with a sharp start time of 3pm for dinner service.
- Cooks are not serving the workers, only setting out food, which is why it is intermittent work hours between services times.
- Hours: 9-12 hours/day
- Feeding 40-50 people for breakfast and dinner
