We are working with our Major Energy Client, Woodside Energy, recruiting for a Digital Project Delivery Partner to join them on an initial 2-year contract. The Delivery Partners are accountable for the end-to-end delivery of Digital solutions for the business. The role requires interaction with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels, across the business and Digital service lines to deliver digital outcomes that align with Woodside's strategic objectives, adhere to agreed patterns, and drive real business value.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support Digital Engagement & Discovery team to frame opportunities by providing delivery considerations e.g., priority, timeline, resourcing, delivery approach/methodology, high level budget estimation.
  • Perform business analysis to understand business requirements, conduct solution alternative analysis, support solution/vendor selection processes (tenders, RFPs), and develop Digital Solution Proposal with CTR (Cost Time Resource) to support investment decisions to proceed with project execution.
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery, including
  • Monitor project delivery ensuring it meets the agreed business outcomes and alignment with Woodside Management System (WMS) and Digital Delivery Solution (DDS) frameworks.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage project delivery resources of various delivery and commercial arrangements.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders and their expectations accordingly.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues to reduce potential setbacks and impacts to project outcomes.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to support project delivery and progress reporting.
  • Ensure successful solution transition to operations as part of delivery execution.
  • Work closely with the Products and Applications Support team to plan the appropriate move to support, ensuring that transition to support risks are mitigated, and value maintained (and realised).
  • Vendor and contract management responsibilities to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and Digital sourcing strategy and principles.
Skills and Experience:
  • Considerable, demonstrated hands-on experience in Digital project management and delivery
  • Exposure to the Resources sector and proven expertise working within collaborative and high performing teams
  • Excellent people leadership and team management skills, including onshore and offshore service providers
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship building and influencing skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen (vendor and contract management)
  • Continuous improvement mindset and skills
