NES Fircroft are delighted to be partnering with an Oil & Gas operator who are looking to add a Dispatcher to join their team working in Odense, Denmark.
This position will be a temporary contract for an initial 2 month period with the possibility of extension.
The new Dispatcher, you will be responsible for daily coordination between operations and support, disposition of both internal and external trucks and be the "first point of contact" in relation to our agricultural customers.
Your tasks include:
Asset Management is characterized by a broad team consisting of technical and production support, as well as Supply Chain and Logistics. The support functions support our Danish biogas plants on a daily basis and ensure that operations can stay focused on the operation of the plants. Our biogas plant produces 365 days a year, therefore, as a Dispatcher, you are part of a shift scheme, where there will be shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays as the Logistics runs 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) all year round. In connection with the shift, it is possible to work from home. Structured and procedure-minded Dispatcher with good collaboration skills We imagine that you have an educational background as a transport manager, transport planner, freight forwarder or similar and work within Logistics and Supply Chain. In addition, it is an advantage if you have experience in the biogas or production industry or have worked with similar responsibilities before, but not an ultimate requirement.
Good collaboration skills, customer satisfaction and the ability to enter into interdisciplinary collaboration are important competencies, as your organizational interface and not least customer portfolio are broad. It is therefore important that you have strong communication skills and are able to communicate with people at eye level. You follow the transports from the time they leave the plant until they land with the farmer, we pick up the slurry from him and then return it to the plant.
As a person, you are structured, independent and open to change. Our everyday life is enormously changeable, where we often solve tasks as they are shaped, so you must be able to see yourself in this type of everyday life.
Finally, it is important that you master Danish and English in both writing and speech. You are on
home ground in Microsoft Office, knowledge of Business Central and possibly P3 Routing is an advantage. We use Excel as a tool for part of our daily workflows, so it is a requirement that you have knowledge of the program and can handle it.
With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
