Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
Contract Duration: 1 year

The Document Controller is responsible for establishing, communicating, and managing all document control requirements for the project. This role ensures accurate tracking, organization, revision control, and distribution of all project documentation—supporting both Baker Hughes teams and external suppliers. - Develop, implement, and communicate document control procedures and requirements.
- Maintain full ownership of the Master Document Register (MDR).
- Manage the document workflow: receipt, review, approval, distribution, and archiving.
- Ensure strict revision control and version management for all documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to meet documentation deadlines and project milestones.
- Provide accurate, up‑to‑date documentation to the Project Manager and drilling execution team.
- Prepare document status reports and support audits as needed.
- Perform general administrative and documentation‑related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in document control or technical/administrative documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, data tracking).
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, drilling, and supplier teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Oil & Gas industry experience.
