Drilling & Competitions Engineering Tech

Position Summary The Drilling & Completions Engineering Technician provides technical, analytical, and operational support to the Drilling and Completions (D&C) engineering teams. This role assists in well planning, daily operations tracking, data management, cost control, reporting, and documentation to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of drilling and completions activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Operational Support

• Assist drilling and completions engineers with well planning, design updates, program changes, and daily operations support.
• Track daily drilling, completions, and workover activities; capture key operational data from field sites and service providers.
• Maintain and update drilling and completions programs, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor drilling parameters, mud properties, BHA details, casing tallies, cement volumes, completions stages, fluid usage, and perforation data.
