NES Fircroft is recruiting an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Construction Coordinator, to join an owners team supporting four active large scale projects in Pinjarra.

Benefits:
  • Location: Local role | DIDO to Pinjarra
  • Contract: 12-month initial contract - Strong likelihood of extension through to 2029 and beyond
  • Rate: $100–$110/hr + super
  • Hours: Monday–Friday | 7am–5pm
  • Additional Benefits: Fortnightly pay, EAP contractor support, Dedicated NES Fircroft consultant
About You:
  • Trade qualified with a current WA A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
  • Instrumentation trade certificate (highly desirable)
  • Strong experience managing FAT and SAT for electrical and instrumentation scopes
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks to personnel safety, schedule, and cost
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing contractors and ensuring delivery to company and industry standards
  • Capable of providing robust technical governance throughout project execution
Role Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support four projects, including: LV and HV substation installations, Transformer installations, Extensive cabling and infrastructure work, NPI upgrades and general electrical improvements
  • Implement QA/QC processes with ITP/ITR verification and validation
  • Provide technical and reliability input into equipment selection, standards, and project decisions
  • Oversee execution, completions, and handover activities to ensure compliance and quality outcomes
