Location: Asker
Tasks and responsibilities
- Electrical design for study and tendering phases for HVDC & HVAC offshore wind projects.
- Verification of design from previous study phases.
- Development of philosophies, single line diagrams, load list and cable list according to company specifications, Client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Participate in and arrange meetings, workshops and reviews for electrical discipline.
- Interface to other disciplines, suppliers and client.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree, Bachelor or higher.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience from electrical system engineering.
- Experience from Offshore Wind projects is preferred.
- Experience from early-phase/conceptual Electrical system design a benefit.
- Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English, both orally and in writing.
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in team.
- Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
- Proactive, seeks advice and shares own experiences with others.
