Electrical Discipline Lead - Offshore Wind Projects
 
Contract period:
27/01/2026 - 28/02/2027
Location: Asker

Tasks and responsibilities:
  • Lead the Electrical discipline within the project, with end-to-end responsibility for resources, planning, deliverables, scope definition, task priorities, and quality.
  • Together with the electrical team, develop electrical philosophies and core deliverables, including topologies, SLDs, and load lists, in line with company's specifications, client requirements, laws and regulations.
  • Verification of design from previous study phases.
  • Manage interfaces with other disciplines, suppliers, client, and other contractors.
  • Organize and lead team meetings, workshops, and design reviews, and ensure timely decision-making and clear action items.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Lead role with involvement in electrical system design and execution.
  • Minimum 10 years’ project experience in electrical system design and execution.
  • Experience from Offshore Wind projects is preferred.
  • Experience from early-phase/conceptual Electrical system design is a benefit.
  • Valid FSE course.
  • Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team. 
  • Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements. 
  • Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others.
