Tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the Electrical discipline within the project, with end-to-end responsibility for resources, planning, deliverables, scope definition, task priorities, and quality.
- Together with the electrical team, develop electrical philosophies and core deliverables, including topologies, SLDs, and load lists, in line with company's specifications, client requirements, laws and regulations.
- Verification of design from previous study phases.
- Manage interfaces with other disciplines, suppliers, client, and other contractors.
- Organize and lead team meetings, workshops, and design reviews, and ensure timely decision-making and clear action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Electrical Lead role with involvement in electrical system design and execution.
- Minimum 10 years’ project experience in electrical system design and execution.
- Experience from Offshore Wind projects is preferred.
- Experience from early-phase/conceptual Electrical system design is a benefit.
- Valid FSE course.
- Efficient communicator, who communicates well in English, both orally and in writing.
- Cooperative working attitude and acceptance for multicultural team environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Systematic and accurate, with high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements.
- Proactive, seeking advice and share own experiences with others.
