Electrical Testing Technician — Phoenix, AZ
We’re looking for a safety‑driven Electrical Testing Technician to perform high‑voltage testing, circuit breaker maintenance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires hands‑on experience with electrical test equipment, strong knowledge of power systems, and a commitment to safe, reliable work.

We’re looking for a safety‑driven Electrical Testing Technician to perform high‑voltage testing, circuit breaker maintenance, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role requires hands‑on experience with electrical test equipment, strong knowledge of power systems, and a commitment to safe, reliable work.
Responsibilities
- Perform primary injection (Megger) and ductor/contact resistance testing
- Test, service, and maintain circuit breakers (vacuum, SF6, oil-filled)
- Conduct timing tests, insulation checks, and verify trip functions
- Follow strict safety protocols (LOTO, grounding) and comply with NFPA 70B, NETA, and site standards
- High school diploma or technical certification (Associate’s preferred)
- 2+ years in electrical testing or maintenance
- Experience with high‑voltage/Megger testing equipment
- Strong understanding of electrical safety practices and schematics
- Knowledge of transformers, switchgear, relays, and power delivery systems is a plus
