Job Description
The Electrician will directly supervise and coordinate mechanics and installers responsible for assembling High Voltage GIS equipment. This role requires interpreting and analyzing technical drawings to understand installation processes, ensuring all work follows the company installation guidelines and adheres to high-quality standards. The position demands strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and well organized installation environment.
The supervisor will emphasize teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to procedures while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Candidates should bring 3–5 years of relevant experience in mechanical supervision or installation support.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead and oversee daily activities of mechanics and installers during High Voltage GIS equipment installation.
•    Interpret technical drawings and ensure installation procedures are followed accurately.
•    Maintain a clean, safe work environment in alignment with the company installation standards.
•    Ensure precise assembly of High Voltage GIS systems while meeting quality and safety requirements.
•    Manage union contractor resources, providing direction, motivation, and oversight to ensure productivity and quality output.
•    Follow established installation processes, procedures, timelines, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
•    Exercise sound judgment when making installation and process decisions, balancing cost, timing, and operational impact.
•    Support supervisors and team leaders by completing assigned tasks and documentation accurately.

Qualifications
•    3–5 years of experience supervising mechanical installation teams.
•    Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
•    Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
•    Experience supervising union labor is a plus.
•    Ability to follow detailed procedures and work efficiently in a high standards environment.
